Doc Elliot, a specialized negotiator and trainer for over twenty-five years in the field of psychological and physical defense, will teach you the skills and confidence you need to survive a psychological or physical attack from literally anyone. Doc will utilize his years of experience, disarming humor as well as dramatic and sometimes violent true stories to provide you with essential techniques and clues to behavior patterns that could literally save your life when assaulted by someone attacking you, even if you are small person and your attacker is larger and stronger. Using methods developed by Martial Arts Masters and some by Doc Elliot himself, you will learn how to get any attacker away from you, no matter how big they are, sometimes with only the force of one finger. Even a child can learn these amazing and effective techniques. This course is not designed to pressure you with the expectations of becoming a Martial Arts expert, but rather teach you simple, basic and easy-to-understand methods of defending yourself within a real world situation so you’ll be able to escape an encounter, not to need to fight one.

Besides the physical aspects of defense that you will be introduced to, you will also learn the ability to psychologically assess and recognize the patterns that trigger and cause violence in the first place so you can avoid situations entirely, or talk your way out of them in some cases. Once you’ve learned to recognize the behavior patterns and warning signs of violence, you’ll be able to defend yourself psychologically before it turns into a violent encounter. The training itself will be a balance of the two methods, both psychological and physical, while at the same time remaining focused on the goal of providing you with the ability of walking away from the course having learned vital skills to effectively defend yourself against anyone who might attempt to assault you. The training is especially appropriate for women, children, rape crisis centers, victims of domestic and random violence and even groups of people within a fun and casual setting that wish to pool together their experiences, concerns, abilities and goals to take more control over their lives and destinies.
