Dealing With Difficult People

Never has there been a more appropriate time to learn to Deal With Difficult People than today within the sometimes exasperating interactions we share between friends, co-workers, bosses, strangers and even our own family. This workshop will help establish the tools required to strengthen your own ability to deal with people, while at the same time allowing a higher level of understanding in order to know what to do, say and react to people within our lives that push our buttons and make us feel bad.

By exploring in-depth elements of behavior, participants will learn why these people act the way they do, establish ways of becoming less of a target for negative behavior and develop steps to take in order to bring out the best in even the worst offenders. Comprehensive handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, relevant films, stimulating discussions and role-playing exercises will all help the participant learn valuable lessons in dealing with the world around them and the people who make it interesting to live among.

Following each class, all participants will be requested to complete a post test and will receive a CEU-eligible certificate of completion from New World Education Network and all materials, including post tests, certificates and participant evaluations will be provided to the hosting facility, or to the participant directly in the effect that it is a private class. Workshops can accommodate from 10 to 50 attendees and can be completely customized to the facility and their individual needs.
